Office Administrator & Property Manager (Real Estate)

Comp: Up to $50K dependent upon experience

The company is a small, locally owned commercial real estate firm committed to delivering exceptional property management and leasing services to their clients. They take pride in their personalized approach and are seeking an Office Administrator/Property Manager to join their team to support their growing portfolio of properties.

They are looking for a versatile and motivated Office Administrator and Property Manager to perform various administrative tasks, property management responsibilities, and assist with general office administration. This role is perfect for someone looking to learn new skills or re-entering the workforce and offers the opportunity to work closely with the team to ensure the smooth operation of their properties and business.

Key Responsibilities
General Office Administration and Executive Assistance
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
• Greet clients, visitors, and tenants in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings, including supporting the CEO.
• Perform data entry and document filing.
Property Management Support
• Collaborate closely with maintenance staff to schedule and coordinate work orders and repairs.
• Utilize property management software and scheduling system to track maintenance tasks and assignments.
• Conduct property inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Assist in coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors and vendors.
• Maintain tenant records and lease agreements.
• Manage tenant communications and inquiries.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous office administration or property management experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with property management software is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Restrictions
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation to perform site visits.
• Background check may be required.
