HubSpot Specialist (Loyalty Firm)

Craig Bradford Associates is recruiting for a HubSpot Specialist for a rapidly growing gift/loyalty/reward firm in the Philadelphia suburbs. Working directly with the CEO, VP of Business Development, the HubSpot Specialist will be heavily involved in streamlining processes, enhance the CRM, analyze data and train teams to use the CRM effectively.

HubSpot Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize HubSpot to align with business processes and objectives
  • Implement and maintain contact, company and deal records, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
  • Design and execute automated marketing campaigns using HubSpot workflows
  • Optimize lead nurturing processes to convert leads into customers
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective use of HubSpot Sales Hub
  • Customize and manage sales dashboards and reports for insights into sales performance
  • Integrate HubSpot with other tools and platforms to streamline data flow
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity, troubleshoot integration issues and implement solutions
  • Create and deliver regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing, sales and customer service
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide training to team members on HubSpot functionalities and best practices
  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance
  • Stay current on HubSpot updates and best practices
  • Implement new features and functionalities to improve overall system
